  13. Mr. Captor can capture all you see on the computer's screen -- entire 
  14. screen, various regions, windows, menu, cursors, simple video, frames 
  15. and colors. It can also save captured images as BMP, PCX, GIF, JPEG, 
  16. PNG, TIFF, TGA, CUR, ICO, AVI files and perform a post-capture 
  17. editing. Mr. Captor is useful utility for designers, webmasters, 
  18. developers, writers and for all people working with images.

  29.   Region capture

  31.   Mr. Captor can capture rectangular, elliptical and freehand 
  32.   regions. User can edit selected region -- change its size and 
  33.   position. User can also magnify the regions by a special lens.
  34.   This lens provides an accurate capture. Auto-cropping feature 
  35.   helps to remove a one-color background.

  37.   Window capture

  39.   This feature provides an opportunity of capture both a single 
  40.   window and a group of windows. Windows may be the programs, 
  41.   dialogs, buttons, toolbars, popup menus, splash-screens etc. 
  42.   The special framing feature is used for marking the windows 
  43.   to capture.

  45.   Menu capture

  47.   Mr. Captor is capable to capture both a single menu and a full 
  48.   menu tree. User can adjust the menu properties and view.

  52.   This unique feature allows you to grab a cursor and save it as 
  53.   a .CUR file (Mono, 16 colors, 256 colors). This feature is

  59.   provides you an opportunity to grab a color at any point of the screen

  64.   Mr. Captor has a timer. User can start/stop it. Frames are the files, 
  65.   saved at a timer frequency. You can configure Mr. Captor to capture a 
  66.   video as .AVI file, instead of frames.

  70.   The special hotkeys enable a capture while the user is working with 
  71.   another program. Hotkeys also provides a way to capture those 
  72.   things, that can't be captured by another way: menus, cursors,

  76.   Saving a captured image as a file

  78.   Program can save a captured image as a file. It also can load and
  79.   view the graphical files. Supported formats (read/write): BMP, PCX, 
  80.   GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, TGA, CUR, ICO, PPM, PGM; (read only): PICT, 
  81.   WMF, EMF. Some formats have the additional control options. For GIF
  82.   and ICO files user can choose a transparent color with help of 
  83.   special wizard.

  87.   Program has the built-in image editor. This editor provides: 
  88.   brightness, contrast and colors adjustment, gamma correction, 
  89.   rotation, 11 effects, the user's filter, color depth changing, 
  90.   image resizing and more. User can also select a region and apply
  91.   the editings only to it.

  95.   User can easy connect an external image editor to Mr. Captor. For 
  96.   example, you can use Photoshop for editing the captured images.

  102.   This feature allows you to print and preview the images.

  104.   Sending as E-mail

  106.   You can send the images by E-mail. Sending works in the background
  107.   mode and you can send the several messages simultaneously in the 
  108.   separate system threads. E-mail has two options: send via SMTP 
  109.   server and send via MAPI (Microsoft Messaging API).

  111.   Drag-and-drop support

  113.   The program supports the OLE drag-and-drop and allows you to drag 
  114.   the images from Mr. Captor window to the destination program.

  129. Registering Mr. Captor
  130. ======================
  131. Mr. Captor is a shareware program.
  132. You are limited to 30 days of use for an unregistered version. If 
  133. you find it useful and continue to use it you are obligated to buy
  134. and register it. After 15 days of using, unregistered copy of 
  135. Mr. Captor adds the 'Mr. Captor evaluation copy' label to each 
  136. captured image.

  139. Upgrade Policy
  140. ==============
  141. All registered users of Mr. Captor are guaranteed all future product 
  142. revisions, will be provided free of charge for a minimum of one year 
  143. after the date of purchase. If for some reason your authorization 
  144. code does not work with the latest release and you registered within 
  145. 1 year you will be issued a new authorization code free of charge.
